1-Elimination diet can last from 3 to 7 weeks in which you must avoid  foods which trigger the peanut allergy symptoms. If they're gone, you should eat them again to see if they will be back again which is considered absolutely an allergy food.

2-The best method to diagnose a food allergies is to eat a multiple quantity of foods to see if or when an allergic reaction happens.
